Say Cheese!

Eileen and I went to the Poppy Festival this past April and I took my camera along to see if I could get some good street shots, needing the practice and getting out of my comfort zone.  Well needless to say, I only came back with one photo that I thought was somewhat interesting and that's this shot of these lovely ladies enjoying themselves and taking pictures.  It's fun to try and take street pictures, but it's always a challenge to do it without coming across as "the creepy guy with the camera taking pictures of people he doesn't know."  I think there's an obvious art to it and Jeff Vaillancourt and Rich McPeek are really good at it...  I'll try again some day.

I hope you enjoy the photo and thanks for dropping by.  As always, click here to see the high-res version of the final image.
