Tilted Pfluger Bridge View

# 600!!

This is my 600th post on the little blog here!  Can you believe that?  Not sure I thought I'd stick with it this long.  I think I started this silly little thing in 2009 and I haven't gotten tired of it yet.  I guess I'll keep on until I do.  Thanks for visiting over this time, too!  I really appreciate it!  Oh, and tell your friends! Haha!!

Photo: Tilted Pfluger Bridge View

Last weekend I took a trip out to the Pfluger Pedestrian Bridge and took a few snaps.  The bad thing was that it was in the middle of the day, which is really not a great time for photography.  So, I tried to mix things up a little by tilting the camera for this particular landscape.

Most of those buildings in the background are new high-rise condos.  Austin is pretty much a big city now.  Austin as I knew it twenty five years ago is certainly long gone and is missed.

Congrats on 600! I like the framing here Evan, every time I see pics of Austin it looks bigger

  2. Thanks, Mike! Yep, bigger and bigger and more and more crowded. But on the flipside, that means there's more stuff to photograph. However, it gets harder to get to those new places to shoot them... I guess I shouldn't complain too much, it's still a nice place to live..
